Yissum Strategies assists companies in Israel and overseas in planning and executing meaningful strategic processes. Yissum stands for “implementation”, and as our name suggests, strategy is just the beginning. After forming a partnership with our clients, we guide them through the masterful implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
Since 1987, we have implemented hundreds of projects for leading companies from diverse industries. These companies shared one thing in common: a desire to stand out and expand their presence in competitive, dynamic markets. Our teams created detailed plans that drove them to meet their objectives. In order to define a specific organization’s objectives and understand how they should be reached, we collaborate with many position holders – from CEOs and VPs to middle management.
